Our Policies

 

Shipping return policy:

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Customers who have received an item that is damaged, broken, or a different item than what was ordered may receive a partial or full (depending on the situation) refund if they contact Lavender & Birch at anna@lbhomestaging.com with picture proof of the faulty item(s) within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.

In-person return policy:

Items that were picked up in person may be returned back to the store within 7 days of purchase if the item is in the same condition as it was when picked up. Upon request, Lavender & Birch will refund the customer for their returned item with the exception that Lavender & Birch keeps 25% of the purchase price.

Holding policy:

Lavender & Birch will hold an item for a customer when the customer has put a down payment of at least 25% of the item cost. This 25% down payment is non-refundable even if the customer chooses not to purchase the item in full later on. If the customer chooses to put more than 25% down for their down payment, Lavender & Birch will only count 25% as non-refundable. The customer has 7 days from the day of down payment to pick up their item. There will be an additional 10% non-refundable payment required for each week after the original 7 days that the purchaser would like us to hold the item for them. The item must be paid in full on or before the day of pick-up.

Order pick-up policy:

Pick-up only items that have been paid for in full are available for pick-up for 7 days after the day of purchase. If said items have not been picked up within 7 days from the day of purchase, then the purchaser gives full rights to Lavender & Birch to put those purchased items back up for sale without giving a refund to the original purchaser. (This policy also applies for items that are not pick-up only but the purchaser has decided to pick up in-store rather than having it shipped to them)
