Shipping return policy:

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Customers who have received an item that is damaged, broken, or a different item than what was ordered may receive a partial or full (depending on the situation) refund if they contact Lavender & Birch at anna@lbhomestaging.com with picture proof of the faulty item(s) within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.

In-person return policy:

Items that were purchased at our storefront may be returned back to the store within 14 days of purchase. If the item is returned in the same condition as when purchased, the customer may have a full refund.

Holding policy:

Lavender & Birch will hold an item for up to 14 days when the customer has put a down payment of at least 25% of the item cost. This 25% down payment is non-refundable and non-transferable even if the customer chooses not to purchase the item in full later on. If the customer chooses to put more than 25% down for their down payment, Lavender & Birch will only count 25% of the item's cost as non-refundable. The customer has 14 days from the day of down payment to pick up their item. There will be an additional 10% non-refundable down payment required for each week after the original 14 days that the purchaser would like Lavender & Birch to hold the item for them. If the customer does not wish to extend their holding time with an additional down payment and has not picked up their item(s) within 14 days of down payment then the purchaser gives full rights to Lavender & Birch to put the purchased item(s) back up for sale without refund. The item must be paid in full on or before the day of pick-up.

Online order pick-up policy:

Online orders are available for pick-up for 14 days after the day of purchase. If said item(s) have not been picked up within 14 days from the day of purchase, then the purchaser gives full rights to Lavender & Birch to put the purchased item(s) back up for sale without giving a refund to the original purchaser.

Furniture Painting Services Policy:

Lavender & Birch offers furniture painting services to customers for items that are currently in the L&B shop as well as furniture items that the customer already owns. In this transaction, the customer hires Lavender & Birch to paint the piece of furniture. The paint color(s) are determined by the customer. Lavender & Birch is responsible for purchasing the paint that is to be used unless the customer has already purchased the paint that they would like Lavender & Birch to use.

Painting services are priced on a case-to-case basis.

There are no refunds for Lavender & Birch’s painting services at any point after the payment is made, even if the customer cancels their order. All payments are final for painting services.
