Refund policy

Shipping return policy:

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Customers who have received an item that is damaged, broken, or a different item than what was ordered may receive a partial or full (depending on the situation) refund if they contact Lavender & Birch at anna@lbhomestaging.com with picture proof of the faulty item(s) within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.

In-person return policy:

Items that were purchased at our storefront may be returned back to the store within 14 days of purchase. If the item is returned in the same condition as when purchased, the customer qualifies for a full refund.
